The 9th King

Astrology with The 9th King

The patterns behind the signs. Zodiac signs, the Big Three, compatibility and the cycles people feel in their lives, read as a symbolic language for self-reflection. Your sign is a starting point, not a sentence.

This branch covers astrology’s traditional and symbolic meanings. It doesn’t make predictions or replace real conversations. For what telescopes and spacecraft measure about the planets, visit Science & Discovery.

Three placements, three layers: what you’re becoming, what you feel in private, and what the room meets first.

  3. 03

    Compatibility and relationship symbolism

How signs are traditionally paired, what the classic aspect geometry says, and why a chart is a mirror, not a verdict on a person.

    Cycles, retrogrades and Saturn return

The rhythms astrology is best known for, from Mercury’s backward-looking weeks to the late-twenties reckoning, and working with the Moon.

How we read the sky

Every guide in this branch keeps three things apart: what a tradition actually says (with its source), what Code of Ascension adds as its own interpretation, and what astronomy measures. We use the tropical zodiac, which follows the seasons rather than the constellations’ current positions. When those two differ, we say so.

Astrology here is a language for noticing patterns, not a forecast, a diagnosis or a reason to write anyone off. If a reading ever tells you to stop talking to a person, talk to the person instead.

Is astrology scientific?

No. Controlled studies haven’t found that sun signs or birth charts predict personality or events. We present astrology as a symbolic and cultural tradition. For planetary science, see Science & Discovery.

What are the Big Three in astrology?

Your Sun, Moon and Rising signs: where the Sun and Moon were when you were born, and the sign rising on the eastern horizon at that moment. Many astrologers read them as three layers: direction, emotional needs and first impressions.

Do I need my birth time?

For your Rising sign, yes. It changes roughly every two hours, so an estimated time can give the wrong sign. Your Sun sign only needs your birth date, and your Moon sign usually needs the date and an approximate time.
